“I thought I was really good at deep breathing. I actually am pretty good at remembering to deep breathe in stressful situations. I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty skeptical if it would change anything for me. I really got it for my step daughter and got one for myself because, I deep breathe with her when she gets upset. It just takes her a bit to calm down. So, since she likes it when we match and it might help motivate her to use it, I got one for each of us. As soon as I tried mine, I realized I have been exhaling wrong. This tool is amazing and I'm thankful it's good quality for our sensitive skin. I reccomend this for everyone. As soon as I opened mine, my fiance wanted his own too! So now we all have one in different colors. I do need to buy a shorter box chain of the rose gold when it's back in stock for my kid.
