“This such an amazing idea and so needed in a world where everyone seems to be living their lives for tomorrow. Wearing my Shift has brought me great relief bringing my mind back to the present moment. It has some weight to it and is beautiful to look at so I often notice it while just wearing it which reminds me to slow down and be mindful for times when I am unable to actually use it. I did breathing exercises before I purchased the Shift, but often forgot to do them. It is a challenge to slow the breath down on exhale without making the Shift whistle, but that must be done to calm and center the body and mind. The only thing I could say needs improving is the chain. The chain links could be smoother making it more comfortable because the Shift is high quality and therefore has some weight to it, but I love that the chain is dainty looking which blends in with other necklaces I wear. So happy I finally purchased it though and I wear it every day. xx”
