“Honestly I can’t really offer much for this review except for the fact that it really helped me.
I suffer from panic attacks as well as many other symptoms of general/social anxiety. Breathing exercises have never really helped before but honestly as an obese asthmatic the main issue was I wasn’t really able to control my breathing properly. The shift allowed me to do that and now I rely on breathing exercises and meditation to get me through those anxiety filled moments.
Now I’m gonna be honest. This thing is extremely overpriced for what it simply is. However I’m willing to pay any cost to make my anxiety less debilitating on my daily life. I can’t really say if it’ll help you but it surely helped me. It could just be a placebo effect or maybe I just finally found a way to “shift” my mind towards breathing in a way that brings me back from even the worst panic attacks.
If you have the money and you’ve felt similar problems to me I highly recommend this product. If it helped me it just may help you.”
