“I have really struggled with anxiety disorder for the past few years and have tried everything from mindfulness, yoga, meditation, distraction techniques and Dialectical behaviour therapy and some of those helped a bit I still really found it to control my breathing when I was experiencing an anxiety attack or heightened anxiety.
