“Stylish and lightweight, the Shift breathing tool is functional jewelry. I have anxiety so was excited to come across this. The first thing I noticed when I tried it, was that there is a slight whistling sound that occurs when I exhale through the Shift. I have to control my exhale to a significant degree in order for my exhale to be light enough to be soundless as it exits the apparatus. The other thing is that you have to bite down slightly, to hold on to it while you exhale for between 10-20 seconds (depending on how deeply you inhale/exhale). However, I do think this item is genius. I am a yoga instructor and have experience in breathwork, so I know the value of the deep exhale. It's funny how wearing it around your neck reminds you to use it when you feel stressed. I breathe with it while I drive. I love it. All-natural stress-free vibes!”
