I love love love my shift, not only is it a beautiful design, the patience i have gained using the tool gives a nice inner peace. Having a reminder to breath and be calm for a minute then transcends through the whole day.

Really pretty, nice quality and once I got the hang of how to blow gently it’s definately been useful to reduce stress quickly. Also for all you Canadians out there, I wasn’t charged any duty or extra fees with shipping

I love the shift it’s around my neck everyday and it not only looks great but it’s a great tool to relax my brain after a call at a scene or just a stressful day (I am a chaplain). I am a mother of a 12 years boy and 16 month old girl and my job can be very emotionally stressful. I am using the shift everyday and many times a day!! It’s a reminder and my breathing exercises are much easier and I feel calm after using the shift. It’s a great tool. I am thankful for the shift and everyone at komuso design. Thank you very much!

I am new to shift, but it really makes it easy to concentrate on breathing with such an attractive and easy to ise tool; bringing you to now and mindful about bteathing. Customer service is excellent.

This is a very well-made piece of jewelry that is very sleek and stylish, but also acts as a reminder and guide to breathing properly. There are so many studies on the importance and health benefits of breathing properly, and as this product describes, meditative breathing has been practiced for centuries and we have grown indifferent to it. At first I thought there wasn’t much to it and it was a waste, but it actually forces you to exhale from your diaphragm for a longer period then you would normally. Therefore, it really does help you to focus and control your breathing over time. I have always felt like I hold my breath for no reason at times, breath very shallowly, or get chest pains from anxiety; taking time to breathe properly has given me a way to control this.
