I love having this around my neck as it helps when I'm driving in a situation where I'm having anxiety. I just hold it and breath in and out. “It took a while for my package to arrive but when it did, it was empty. Someone had stolen it out of the package and the package itself was empty. I wrote them an email and attached a picture and they said they would send another one right away. Shipping isn't fast, at least the one I paid for but the product itself I really like.
