“Who knew that such a simple design would be not only a stylish piece to wear but equally as functional. I’ve enjoyed just even having this on my as a peaceful reminder even if I didn’t use it for breath work. However, having something there that is not always medication is a great alternative to try before the meds in a panic situation. For non panic situations it’s just been good as a daily practice to slow down and enjoy the life force in our breath. I am quite pleased I found this.”
