I’ve been using this wonderful shift it has helped me to slow down and breathe my son passed and grief is a horrible thing to carry with you 24 hours a day it’s overwhelming at times and debilitating you have to learn to take care of your self and breathe and the shift has helped me to slow down and take care of myself

I’ve been focusing on breath for some years now...however... having this tool to help me be fully in that breath, has been the extra grounding help I needed... as I’m prone to panic attacks I take this everywhere I go...it has helped me gain confidence in myself and truly I feel less alone... thank you

The Shift helps me calm down and recenter when I’m stressed and anxious. It’s also beautiful and marches many of my outfits nicely.

I dont know how to explain it but it does make me feel calm. The necklace is a great length for me and I can hold it and blow on it when I am just fiddling around. My nervous tendancy's are putting something in my mouth to chew on like a pen, etc. With covid I have become extra extra diligent in not doing this-this is perfect for me, I put it under my shirt and it stays protected! I love it!

These products are awesome! I am going to finish college soon, this product has helped me a lot in being able to finish this extra semester, as well as with all the stress of 2020! I use The Shift on a daily basis. I do not have severe panic attacks, but I do have generalized anxiety that affects my life on a daily basis. A few breaths through The Shift and my heart rate will lower and my anxiety disappears. I think part of the reason using The Shift works is because The Shift forces me to stay focused on my breath. When I do breathing exercises without The Shift, my brain will quickly relapses into my anxious thoughts circle. The Shift helps me stay focused on my breathing and allows the long exhales to actually help decrease my anxiety.
