“As someone who suffers from anxiety and panic, I was eager to try the Shift to see if it could help me mindfully breathe. I'm always told to "just breathe" when I'm anxious, but when you are under stress it is so much harder than it sounds. The simple act of holding the Shift to my lips helps me concentrate on my inhale and exhale to make them more even, and focusing on the breath takes my mind momentarily off of what I am feeling in my body/head.
