“You might think that breathing is something one would know how to do well. You might also think that a person who had meditated wouldn’t need help regulating their breath. You’d be wrong on both counts. I am a nurse that works in critical care. Breathing well is difficult for everyone right now. I have anxiety and sometimes it manifests in panic. My job doesn’t allow me to panic.
