“This company is super efficient and willing to help/work with the customer. I emailed explaining a 20% discount code was sent to me right after I had already purchased using my welcome 10% offer and they graciously gave me another 10% off to equal the 20% coupon I didn’t get to use. Most companies will tell you “Too bad, it’s already been shipped. So, you’ll have to return and repurchase.” It’s not worth the cost of shipping to return or the hassle and you end up spending more in the end than the few dollars you’re trying to save.
