“I have crippling anxiety and it’s mainly related to work when I have to lead meetings and such. I’ve had the shift for a week and a half now and it’s 100% working for me.
As soon as I feel my anxiety coming on, I start using it and after about a minute I forget I even had anxiety to begin with. I even got my fellow anxiety sister to get one to see if it will work for her.

“I have been very stressed lately to the point where i can feel the stress in my throat (feels like it will close). I have never been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. However, my personal life has created stress, anxiety and recently noticed that I have been taking shallow breaths when I am worked up. I use the shift to help me with my breathing.
