“I was very eager to try this breathing tool out for me. My therapist diagnosed me with anxiety, and it has helped me with my anxiety along with stress. I use it everywhere I go from work, to driving in my car, and when I have trouble going to bed. The only cons that I would give it, is I should have ordered the active shift since it matches my lifestyle better and the classic shift is a little too heavy for your lips to carry the weight of it when you do more breaths with it.”
