“In short I love it! It's well made and I do not typically wear necklaces so it was weird at first BUT also great advice to wear it as a reminder. I am up to five min each morning and evening before my meditations. My only issue which is minor is it shows every finger print and lip print so I tend to wash it with the kit twice a day. It's a game changer and I am looking forward to taking some courses once I make it a habit.”
“I know there's different breathing techniques to relax, and I could probably breath out slowly on my own. However, I like the Komuso because is acts as a reminder. Whenever I am stressed, or even if I just notice the Koumuso around my neck, that's a reminder to use the Komuso.
