My order sat un- shipped for nearly a month before I was told that the upgraded chain was back ordered. While Komuso refunded the upgrade chain cost and shipped it quickly after that with a regular chain, the order page should have flagged the lack of availability. I shouldn’t have had to wait so long for the product.”
