I recently have been giving myself more attention while trying out different anxiety-reducing things such as fidget/skill toys, weighted blanket, wool clothes and now this. I have never been one to even consider breathing as a tool as usually it's the furthest thing from my mind during times of panic but after trying it once or twice I could tell the benefit of breath work - still I fail to remember enough for it to become a habit. Having an actual device I can grab when I'm feeling antsy made perfect sense and although the price point was difficult to get behind, having access to these Flex Komuso's are perfect to test the waters and also share with friends & family! I do find it a bit difficult to get the "perfect" restriction which usually involves placing the chipped side on my bottom lip instead of just using it like a straw, but after feeling the instant relief I could tell this was something powerful and I am now very eager to get a metal one! Also there seems to be a slight difference between the colours and their stiffness, and I wish they were quieter otherwise they're great to fidget with. Thanks

The five stars are specifically for the Flex Fidget device, which I love! I find it profoundly effective in deepening the breath. I love the lightness of it. The softness. And the affordability. I've been introducing all of my friends and clients (some in other countries) to this device. And in a couple of weeks, when I go to the hospital for a check up, I plan to give a kit to my nurse practitioner there. She has the kind of mind that will really grasp the value of this for herself and her patients. There is something about the absolute effortlessness of the extended exhale that I notice to be a help even to seasoned meditators and practitioners of pranayama. That said, I do have my concerns about the packaging. Without question it is a truly BEAUTIFUL presentation, aesthetically speaking. However, it seems that the plastic foam that holds the fidgets has a significant odor which it imparts to the devices so that they need (if the user is sensitive to scent) a good airing out for a few days before they are usable. Thus I found the presntation box to be not suitable for storage and I threw it out shortly after opening. Looking at it sitting in my trash, I wish it had been less toxic smelling and biodegradable. I would have to give the packaging one star.

As someone with ADHD, I’m always looking for tools that help me stay calm and focused. Added bonus if it is easy to take on-the-go. This product has been very helpful so far. The textured sides have the perfect amount of sensory, fidgety, satisfaction and the extended exhale calms me in seconds. The video that comes with it was also very helpful in explaining how to properly use it. I also love that it comes in a 3-pack. So far, I have one in my car, one at my desk, and one that I can wear or keep with me wherever I go. It’s a game-changer for when I need to transition from one thing to another or zone in on a task. Highly recommend for anyone who deals with ADHD or sensory needs. It's a subtle but effective tool to stay focused, calm, and in control!

The rubber fidgets are better than the gold in terms of functionality. They should come with a necklace as well, especially given the price.
