“I was so excited to get the Vessel because I have bought all the different shifts so I have them in different locations for my daughter and I. I didn't even think of the weight of it, but when I put it on I noticed it was pushing/pulling on my neck where I have arthritis. I tried wearing it daily to see if I could get used to the weight but it just made that area very sensitive. BUT I LOVE ALL MY OTHER PRODUCTS I have purchased!!:) I'm just glad I found this company because it has saved us both many times”

Regarding our new Vessel product, it appears that you were trying to wear it as a necklace which is not what it was designed for. It was designed to be a key chain so you can put your Shift inside to protect it. Have you tried to attached it to your key chain yet? We hope you'll give it a second chance!
