“Most Kondotor cakes are exceptional and the availability of delicious dairy and gluten free items is appreciated. This brownie was not up to standard - it was dry and probably not fresh. Not worth the £4.50 I paid which is a ridiculous price. To make things worse the app did not credit me with the purchase!”

I am glad that you appreciate the range we offer, we try to be as suitable as we can to all people! I'm sorry that the brownie you received wasn't up to our usual standard or quality, I will take this to the kitchen team to see if any changes can be made to improve for next time. In regards to the brownie points, we can always add them on manually as they got missed out, so if you have a copy of a receipt or the transaction made, we can track it down and add it on :)
