Hi Lanka, I'm sorry to see that the Red Velvet didn't meet our usual standard or quality! Please email hello@konditor.co.uk with any further feedback on the quality of the cake so I can forward this onto the kitchen team!! “The cake itself was fine, it looked nice for a birthday but we didn’t think it was anything special flavour wise and won’t be buying again.”
