Thanks for letting us know Katie! As you know, our Operations Manager Dean gave you a call after reviewing the order details and saw that the address listed wasn't complete - hence Australia Post's reluctance to deliver it! We've contacted Australia Post and have a replacement order on the way. Thanks for letting us know! Shaun
