“Sadly Australia, (for those of us allergic to garlic) has begun to rely more and more on garlic in just about everything. I loved jerky as a kid; however finding jerky without garlic these days is or perhaps was, impossible. A lot of work goes into our packaging design, so we're always delighted when somebody notices the little details. Thanks a lot. Avoiding garlic and onion certainly makes the product more agreeable to everyone, and it also gives us a different flavour profile to other brands.

We get the habanero and the chipotle spices flown over from California. The habanero certainly isn't for everyone - you must love it spicy. This chipotle is a "chilli for beginners", and has the classic smokey flavour of tex mex.
