“This cleanser does a great job of cleaning thoroughly without drying my normally dehydrated, sensitive skin out. I didn't love the minty feeling at first, but I've gotten used to it. Although a little surprising, it's not at all irritating. I'll definitely repurchase and make it my main water-based cleanser!”
“Horribly product. For some reason has a mint/menthol element which makes the cleanser burn your eyes no matter what. Furthermore KORA does not stand behind their products. KORA was a company I shopped with many times before, however I will never shop with them again. I had previously purchased their products through Sephora and decided to shop directly with them. Big mistake. They do not stand behind their products and will not allow a return, unlike Sephora. They don't support loyal customers and have a very short-sighted customer service policy.
I would recommend NOT PURCHASING FROM KORA's website and instead chose one of the MANY other all-natural skincare product lines that are on the market.”
