“I've been using this luminizer since 2018. I notice that it works best on my no-makeup days. Whenever I try to apply it over my makeup it just messes up the layering and looks bad. But I don't mind that it doesn't work on top of makeup because it is not advertised as a 'makeup' product. Kora ORganics is all about embracing your natural beauty and highlighting your skin.
