“I'm not a happy customer. I received my order with the bottle pretty much empty. As soon as I opened the box I saw wetness. I opened the actual Eye box that the NONI RADIANT EYE OIL came in and found that the lid was loose and when I removed the lid, the ball fell on my lap which is strange because the ball popped back into place although it was a little loose. I did send a message the night that I received it while I was at work. They asked for a photo, understandably so. I sent the photo and have not heard from them since.
I was also able to try the eye oil with the tiny bit that was left and boy did it dry my under eye out. I used the remaining that I could get out of the bottle the next day and again, it just drys my under eye skin out. I'm not sure if the oil/product was affected due to the cap being loose but, I'm honestly afraid to try it again.
I'm disappointed that they were so quick to reply to my first message but ever since. A week later, nothing.”
“I ordered two of these oils and on both of them the little rollerball did not work so they had to be returned. I’ll never know if I would’ve liked them or not”
