Although sensitivity reactions are rare, we do state on our packaging for consumers to conduct a simple skin patch test before beginning topical use of a new skin or body care product. Each and every KORA Organics product we create, does undergo RIPT (Repeat Insult Patch Testing) on more than 50+ volunteers in order to see if a product raises the risk of any skin sensitivity or allergic reactions. This is a standard procedure we follow to ensure customer safety and quality of ingredients. We hope your skin settles down, in the meantime we recommend referring to a dermatologist for a professional consultation. Please also take along with you a print out of the product ingredients which is available on the product page. This could help in identifying what ingredient could be causing the reaction.
