“Tumeric is the latest health fad, despite most of the research actually focusing on curcumin. Tumeric is about 3% curcumin, and looking at the lengthy ingredient list for this particular produce, it's probably only in there in very small quantities.
I have psoriasis, and I found that this actually made it worse. It got rid of the dead skin, but that was mostly through rubbing - not anything the mask did. The smell is reasonably pleasant, but the amount of ingredients (including Benzyl Alcohol, which is drying because of its low molecular weight) is concerning. Just because something is natural, does not mean it is good for you, or good for your skin.”
