Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your skin has reacted to our Turmeric Brightening & Exfoliating Mask, this is rare but can occur if there is a sensitivity to the ingredients. After using the mask it's not uncommon to notice a little bit of redness after use due to the highly activated ingredients, increased circulation and detoxification process. Any redness should have subsided after 15-20 minutes. However, if you are having a reaction as you described, please cease using the product and contact our customer service team.
