“I emailed Kora to ask for recommendations on what to use on my redness prone skin and they advised the 3 step soothing kit with this moisturizer, supposed to be "soothing" it broke my face out in a horrible red rash, it looked like I had been burnt horribly. When I emailed Kora about this I got no response. Thank goodness I bought my Kora products from a third party website who advised it was a horrible allergic reaction and have allowed me to return the products for a refund. Will never be buying Kora Products ever again. Have read on a few forums people having similar reactions and even worse and Kora responding with "sometimes natural products take a period of adjustment, when you "purge" out the toxins, it can take up to a month" that's a horrible excuse and is just not true. These poor women with horrid broken out faces. For something that is supposed to be organic and vegan it certainly hated my skin. Very unimpressed.”

Although sensitivity reactions are rare, we do state on our packaging for consumers to conduct a simple skin patch test before beginning topical use of a new skin or body care product. Each and every KORA Organics product we create, does undergo RIPT (Repeat Insult Patch Testing) on more than 50+ volunteers in order to see if a product raises the risk of any skin sensitivity or allergic reactions. This is a standard procedure we follow to ensure customer safety and quality of ingredients. We hope your skin settles down, in the meantime we recommend referring to a dermatologist for a professional consultation. Please also take along with you a print out of the product ingredients which is available on the product page. This could help in identifying what ingredient could be causing the reaction.
