“Absolutely Fabulous!
I am changing my original review on this product as I gave it two stars, due to it being sticky on my face. I very quickly received a response via email from customer service, not only offering a replacement, but another product for my trouble as well. Both arrived at my door within 24 hours. I was surprised by the amazing customer service and didn't expect then to go above and beyond. I just expected an email.
I'm more than grateful for the replacement and gift, along with swift delivery.
I honestly can't fault their customer service on this, and have tried the mist again, which is perfect on my skin by the way, and smells spectacular.
