Beautis, Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and can confirm that extensive communication has been undertaken with you, and multiple resolutions presented, including a return for full store credit. As you are aware Cole Clark hand make all guitars, and each and every guitar's wood grain is different. This guitar was received by you, used for an event, a pick guard was installed and all this took place prior to raising any issues with the wood grain. Our available options on return here would be significantly higher, had your issues been raised as soon as you received the guitar. For clarity, we have offered a full return and store credit to you, despite having used this guitar and modified it. I think this is exceptionally reasonable in the circumstances.
