They have a program called PillowPerks where I get new covers every few months. I'm excited for this to be the pillow I keep for more than 6 months! “Initially I was going to give a 4 star review, but changed to 5 after a few nights sleeping with it. When I first got the pillow in the mail I loved the packaging, the materials, etc. It is very well made and clear there has been serious focus on detail. The cover has a spongy feel to it that increases the comfort and just feels like...a new mattress. New pillows feel like pillows usually, while a new mattress is something very different that activates your senses. This pillow has that same effect. I found myself feeling like I was embarking on something very luxurious, a real investment in myself. My first night was not the best, but it is always hard adjusting to a new pillow. The next night was much better. The third night...the third night was the greatest sleep I have ever had in my life. That quality of sleep has not stopped since. I am so glad I made this investment in myself and my health! I highly recommend this pillow to anyone serious about sleep. Trust me, just keep sleeping on it and you will be thankful you made this purchase.”
