Any product from our extra strength line which includes products made with a ratio of CBD and any of the following Delta 8, THC, THCv, CBG, and CBN could present Farm Bill Compliant (0.3%), but elevated levels of THC. On each product page you can find the featured cannabinoids and potency warnings under the "Details" tab. In addition, on the back of the packaging there is a warning label on products that feature extract containing elevated levels of THC.
