“I was SO pumped to try this product. But it didn’t really do anything for me. It does have a really really bitter taste but I didn’t really feel any effects from it. My brother tried it with me and said it made him a little sleepy. I’ll try it again soon and hopefully will get more out of it. :/

“The taste was a little strong in plain water but undetectable in juice or lemonade. The onset of this was much quicker than my usual D8 gummies and I feel a much stronger response than from gummies. My husband prefers 20-40mg of gummies but with 20mg of Boost he said "he couldn't lift his arms" LOL. Dose with caution but it is totally worth it!”
