“You sent a reply to my previous review, concerning the difficulty of matching labels to the template. Your answer did not satisfy me. The labels are not quite centrally placed on the sheet, so there is a difference of about 1mm between the top and bottom margins of the sheet, and between the right and left margins. Unlike other labels I have purchased, there is no indication of 'Top' or 'bottom of the sheet. So I have to measure each sheet before I put it in the printer to make sure it is the right way round - and even then it is not quite right!. I have not had these problems with other makes of label, using the same software and printer.”

Thank you for leaving us a review. All of our label templates were setup using the measurements from our products and each one was tested to ensure it could produce the correct alignment before being added to our website for use by our customers. However, as there are so many different combinations of printers and software that our customers may use, the templates may need slight adjustments to get the best possible alignment based on each customer's unique setup.
