Thank you for leaving us a review! We're not sure what you mean by filling in a survey when you order from us. Customers will need to fill out their contact information and delivery address as they checkout - and we send two emails after an order has been completed to see if customers would like to leave us a review but this is completely voluntary. “Kraft labels are very difficult to come by without getting them custom made, so was delighted when I discovered these at Label Planet. Most of their labels shapes and sizes are available in the Kraft style which is really handy if needing these in different shapes and sizes. The Kraft style is perfect for the image of our brand. The label themselves are of a good quality, quite thick and sturdy and print well and compatible with the programme that our previous labels were designed on so saved a lot of time not having to redesign everything. Overall very pleased and would recommend to others.”
