“If loaded as single sheets they are ok, however, if you try to print multiple sheets they do tend to misfeed even after making sure they are separated prior to loading. It can get costly, or it might just be my printer - who knows!”

Dear Mark Lacey We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with your label sheets misfeeding. This issue is usually caused by a build-up of dust and toner/ink residue, which you can remove by giving the pick-up roller of your printer a quick clean with acetone (for example, by using a non-oily nail varnish remover). We also recommend that you make sure that you are loading your labels into the media bypass tray (if your printer has one) as this tray is specifically designed to process thicker media such as labels.
