“My first order was received in a timely manner and your liquorice was good BUT my second order, placed in January, has not arrived. Evidently, the parcel got delayed on the route two times and has since been returned to you. I was at home expecting delivery on each occasion. I have attempted to get in touch with the delivery company on two occasions and additionally have contacted you. I received an automated email that you would reply in 2-3 days which I have not received and as explained above, I have already contacted the delivery company who informed me that the parcel was on its way back to you. I agreed to taste your products but the products have not arrived so I cannot rate your products. Nor have I received a refund for the items purchased that have not been delivered. I would appreciate your timely reply.”
