People were at first skeptical about the idea, but the popular product A soon saw the light of day. The combination of sweet licorice, exclusive milk chocolate and fine licorice powder is according to many instantly addictive.

“The first time I tasted chocolate covered licorice was in Iceland. I have struggled to find them in the United States until I found Lakrids. I love them. I have told many friends and even a few retailers about them.”

“I am a HUGE Fan of this combination of chocolate and licorice. The quality is exceptional. And the Lemon!!! I guess I'll have to wait for next year to reorder them! I am obsessed with this company. It's my one luxury splurge!!”

“The Original coated licorice is delicious and addicting! The unique taste is something I crave when I’m all out of them. I love it when I can get them with free shipping and a discount and I stock up then. Yum!!”
