“for something that's as fancy feeling as this I expected a niche product with a real serious licorice flavor for people who are really into that sort of thing - instead it's quite mild, very accessible, lots of milk and white chocolate flavors, very sweet... just not at all what I anticipated or hoped for. not for me, oh well!! sorry!”

“When I opened the selection box the licorice candies had been jostled so much that many of them were not in their original cups and some were strewn inside the box. I would suggest placing the clear tape sealer to all 4 sides instead of just 2 to hold the box top down more securely. As well, provide a more snug fit with packaging materials so the selection box doesn’t move within the shipping cardboard box. Otherwise, I am very happy with the flavors and quality. “Not your usual licorice. This will open your mind to something you can’t imagine being so amazing!! I am obsessed. The variety packs are great for trying flavors you might not try but they are all sooo good!”

“I am not Gwen. I am the person that purchased the gift. I haven't seen her yet and won't see her for a couple of months. Your website needs serious updating. As with most companies they purchase mass web products and not individually designed ones. Producers of mass programs don't have the forssight or knowledge to produce website for each specific customer.”
