“The box I purchased was damaged when it arrived at our house. I contacted Lakrids By Bulow to let them know and they not only sent back a personalized email but mailed out a replacement so I could give a pristine Love Selection to my husband for Valentine’s Day. I will happily order again!”

“The Assortment is absolutely mouth watering delicious. I am a convert !(and I have a strong distaste for black licorice) But the chewy and tasteful morsels have that flavor-coated top layer. Chocolate yum-yum middle surrounding a licorice nougat in the center. Don't bite it, don't try to lick it either. Just put the whole thing in and enjoy the party-in-,your mouth and tastebud extravaganza to follow.”

“Disappointed to find the Love Selection Box was not in my order, instead found the Winter Selection Box. The paper work clearly had the Love Selection on it and no mention of a replacement swap or credit. I decided not to do a return due to Christmas being less than a week away. There's no disputing your product is tasty and delicious, however the service was disappointing.”
