“I really wanted to like this. The style was sleek and modern. However, there were just too many issues. First, it was really small, similar to the salt and pepper shakers you would find at restaurants. It was pretty much the same size as all my dried herbs and spice jars that I bought at the local grocery store. I figured that’s ok, let’s just consider it a space saver. Second, the grinder did not have that feel of a grinder, it felt like I was grinding something soft and wet? I can’t even describe the feeling. I adjusted the grind but that didn’t help either, did nothing at all. Third, the look and size of the pepper grinds was all the same, couldn’t even be adjusted, it was something I’ve never seen before...the best comparison I can give it was similar to...ash? It was so odd, it was not even fine or coarse. The McCormick or Costco grinders at the grocery stores are far superior than this. My son even commented after he used it that I should leave the Amazon shopping to him next time. That’s teenager code for “the item you selected sucks.” So, unfortunately, I will be returning this. Such a shame, because I love the style and look, but sadly, it just doesn’t work.”
