“I have ordered from Lashbox since I started doing lashes back in November of 2023 and was very happy with the shipping as well as the products. I ordered the new Lash Alchemist and was extremely impressed, it is definitely worth it so it is a 5 star product in my opinion. I am, however, very upset with the shipping this time around. There was no communication I would need to sign for the package (never suspected this would be required as it has never been a requirement on my previous orders) and I was on vacation when it was attempted to be delivered. The glue was shipped back to the supplier and no refund was offered.”
Hello Lindsey! Thank you for taking the time to write us. We are so happy that you are loving the Alchemist, but we're sorry you had troubles with your delivery! I see that you contacted us this morning, and then we responded 7 minutes later, so perhaps you just missed our email!
Based on the Tracking History, we see that they attempted to deliver your package twice. Once on June 27th and another attempt on the 28th. They could not deliever due to 'Customer not available or business closed' and has been held at a local Fedex Facility since the 2nd of July. On our end, we only see the hold at the facility. You are more than welcome to call fedex and schedule a pick up. If would prefer a refund, we would need to see the order being rerouted back to us and we may then provide you a refund for the package once we have received. If you have a tracking number showing the return of the package I would be able to track its return.
