“I started using this adhesive a year and a half ago just before Covid. I love the retention, I love how easy it is to use, the dry time is quick, fumes a minimal to none, it works on all my Classic, Hybrid and Volume sets and a multitude of lash curls. After Covid though it seems the formulation varies from time to time because I had a large group of clients begin to have reactions. Watery, swollen eyes on a large number of clients who had been coming to me for years without issues. They would continue to come, I’d change the bottle, then they’re fine, and every so often I’ll receive a new bottle and people will start to react. My clients are returning client. I don’t have a large turnover of clients, so it is not that they’re developing an allergy, it’s clearly the adhesive. It’s unfortunate because I truly like the adhesive, but not worth my clients having swollen watery eyes so I’ve switched brands.”
