“I always order Lace it Up cluster lashes but the set I receive was disappointing quality. I understand that they're handmade but every single cluster was completely unique from each other (not in a good way) that it would take a long time to plan your lash map to make your look cohesive and not have each eye noticeably different. Customer Service provided store credit and I will try again but I hope that the quality does not come back disappointing again.”
