“I was a huge fan of the omega glue and had really great retention, however, after LashBox ran out of stock and there was a wait on the restock, when it finally came back out it was definitely not the same. Nothing changed in my routine/environment it was just the glue. I’m disappointed and hope this issue can be addressed.”

Thank you for your review. We want to let you know we have not changed anything with the formula. We know Omega is a go-to glue for so many! The reason it was out of stock at that time is we had to wait on one of the raw materials to become available. We will reach out personally via email to help further.

I was excited to try it and paying such a high price you expect it to be perfect and work in any conditions but… bad experience, unsatisfied. i tried to create different environment, different temperature, humidity, i kept at perfect level, but retention is bad.”
