Hello, we're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. It's important to keep the layers of bond thin and light. You can apply the Whisper Light bond to the bottom half of your lashes, rather than pulling it all the way through. Otherwise, you can brush through your lashes with a clean mascara spoolie immediately after applying the Whisper Light to remove any excess bond. “Love the kit! But wish the control kit came with more options. I loved the black case but really wanted the holographic wand. Also glad I bought other glossamers at the same time, I probably would have been disappointed if I just had what came in the kit the first time I put them on. Excited to keep playing with new shapes and the other glues and bonds.”

“The best solution if you have been getting professional eyelash extensions and had to quit because it was too expensive, too much maintenance, too much time, or too irritating to your eyes. These were so easy to apply and stayed on over night without issues! My sensitive eyes handled them great! And while I thought they were pricey at first- it’s so much cheaper and more convenient than professional extensions. 10/10 would recommend”

“I’d been eyeing this system up for a long time. I love the look of lash extensions but can’t justify the cost and seem to be incapable of using strip lashes. Lashify is as easy as it looks and looks fantastic. I sleep on my side and found I have to fix up the outer lash on the one eye, but that’s totally manageable for the ease of my morning otherwise. The only thing I would love is the option to choose a short vs a long control kit. I like a more natural look and find the 12s are great and I would have loved some 10s for my inner eye. I don’t see myself using the 14s any time soon. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. I’ll be placing another order ASAP!”

“Love these lashes!! Seriously love how they look like someone professionally did them and they're super affordable! It's a little tricky to get the hang of it at first but it definitely gets easier each time. Highly recommend :)”

Sorry you don't love the product. We do have a 30 day return policy for the control kit. The kit is equipped with everything you need to experience the system, 2 bonds, 2 Gossamer cartridges in most commonly used sizes, the patented hand-made fuse control wand, Glass sealant, wandoms (silicone covers for your wand), hard travel case with a slightly magnified mirror, storage box, and detailed fold out instructions. It is well over its value. After purchasing the control kit, all you need to do is order the next lashes you want to try. After trying the sizes in the kit, you know exactly what to try next and can purchase extra Gossamers at a discounted rate by joining our Luxe Box subscription.
