Hello, we're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things: over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashify.com).. “Pretty easy to use! First try was ok, but by the second try I feel like there was no trouble at all! Stayed put and I didn't worry about them falling off during the day like strip lashes. Excited for my next event so that I can wear them again!”

“I had a super difficult time getting on my lashes... it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be but after many tries I got them all on. I went out for the day and after washing my face I noticed them falling off. I’d only worn them about 6-7 hours so that was disappointing. I’ve never worn lashes before so maybe I’d like them more if I wasn’t a beginner. I’m definitely going to try again but wish they’d stay on longer and be a bit more beginner friendly.”
