“Either I don’t know how to properly apply my lashes for them to stay on long enough or the glue sucks. I love them when they stay on but otherwise they seem just like any other.”

Hello! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). Hi there! On average most wear their lashes for 5-7 days. If you are having trouble, it can be 1 of 3 things: over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend joining the Lashify Life Facebook group for more tips from over 40,000 members successfully using the system! “Unfortunately they were too difficult to place on my lashes. It's very possible that I wasn't able to get the knack of placing them because I ran out of lashes too quickly. They feel off and I lost them. The most difficult part was on my inner lash. But I did like tgecway they looked!! Thank you”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. If they are just not adhering, usually something is off. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things: over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice.
