“Mine feel off in the first shower I took. Less then 24 hours after putting them on. Not sure if I over bonded so I tried one more time using less and had same issues. I’m super super super disappointed for have spending the money on them.”

Hello! We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Longevity is dependant upon 1 of 3 things: over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. “I have to say I was skeptical. I have tried all types of lashes at home. They looked horrible, never lasted and were uncomfortable. For many years I wore lashes extensions from a salon. They didn't look to bad but were uncomfortable and I ruined my own real lashes. So I gave up and only used mascara. I am not an eye shadow kind a girl. I don't wear any makeup except lips, mascara and eye liner. So my lashed were very important to me. Then J tried Lashify!!!! Omg!!!! I am in love!! They are beautiful,comfortable and the variety of looks us so much fun. But the biggest thing is.... Anyone can apply them and it is actually fun. I have my bonding and placement down pretty good considering I only Started using Lashify about 2 weeks ago.. My lashes have last for to 7 days. They were still going strong but I was excited to try another style and play with them. So I removed them with ease and applied another style. I loved then next set even more!! I am so thankful I found Lashify and I walk around promoting it like if I owned stock!!! I also want to mention the customer service and all the live tutorials are amazing!! Being a business owner myself I am very impressed with this company from my first contact with them. I am definitely an addicted Lashifien!!!”

“The glue / bond in my starter kit is dried out and appears to have been used and old. The lashes are pretty but you’re lucky if you get a full day out of it. The lashes fall off within the day. Maybe the issue is the dried out bond I received but not happy at all. Complete waste of money. I’ll go back to having my lashes done”

Hi! It can seem that the bond is dried out, but if you dab the wand on your finger, you will see and feel the product. Very light layers are needed. On average most wear their lashes for 5-7 days. If you are having trouble, it can be 1 of 3 things: over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. “I’ve only had the kit for a little over 2 weeks. I’m still working on longevity. And I’ve had a few placement issues. However, through help with Christina (Lashify Educator) who has walked me through the process and made herself available to me for questions; I am confident that I will nail the technique soon and master longevity . I am absolutely loving the idea of being my own lash tech and looking forward to changing my look weekly. I was previously getting extensions, which I always hated the grow out and the amount time it took. So I can’t wait to master this Lashify system and look forward to trying so many more looks!”
